Salon Policy & Booking Terms

Please ensure you read through my booking terms and salon policy prior to booking your appointment.


Bookings & Booking System

I take complete and utter pride in my work and clients happiness matters hugely to me. Due to this I kindly ask when booking an appointment you’re aware of what you are booking - if unsure please ask!
Bookings can be made by messaging me directly, via social media or booking via Fresha.  

To confirm your appointment- you will be asked to provide card details on my booking system. You are not charged prior to your appointment- however this enables me to secure your appointment time.

My booking system sends reminders and keeps track of all appointments.
If booking online please message if you cannot find a suitable appointment - I can sometimes alter to suit.

Consultation Forms

All new clients are required to complete a consultation form with information including your name, address, contact details, relevant medical conditions/medications and signed to confirm acknowledgement and authorisation.
These forms can be completed when booking online via Fresha or in person at your appointment.
These details are stored on secure devices and systems that are password protected and never shared with others.

Payment

I can accept cash or card payments in the salon. Please ensure you are aware of the treatment price before your appointment. This will be included in your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

In cases where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact me ASAP.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to the fees laid out below:
(fees are the percentage of total treatment cost)
Within 48 hours: 50% fee
Same day/No shows: 100% fee
Failure to provide payment will result in future appointments being cancelled until the fee is paid. I understand things do come up and I try to be as understanding as I can be, however late cancellations result in loss of earnings for myself so this is in place to protect my income and business.

Arriving For Your Appointment

I kindly ask you arrive on time to your appointment. There isn’t a waiting area available if I am still with a client so please avoid being any earlier than 5 minutes. If you are running late please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate. If you are over ten minutes late you may need to reschedule and this will also result in a late cancellation fee.

Parking

Parking is available either on my private driveway (space dependant), behind our cars blocking in our driveway (Grey SEAT & van) or at the top of Springfield Road opposite the green.
If driving to your appointment please be courteous of my neighbours. Please don’t use driveways to turn around, park in front of other houses or too close to other drives/junctions. If unsure please ask!

If you are happy with the service you have received, please share with friends, family and leave me a review on social media, google or via Fresha - I LOVE seeing your feedback.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you received, please do contact me - it gives me the chance to correct or discuss the issue with you and we can rectify if possible!

Covid-19, Illness & Hygiene

Please let me know if you are unwell and unable to attend your appointment. If you have a bad cold, cough, or any other illness that could be passed on please consider if you are well enough to come and if you can pass this onto me. Illness effects my business and income and I try to be as fair and understanding as I can with cancellations/reschedules around illness.
